RW Burn a Abzan Midrange potvrzují svou stálou pozici v současné metagame. Některé balíky v TOP8 určitě znamenaly překvapení. Největším byl asi vítěz s UR Delverem, který se vrátilk verzi z dob před KTK a ukázal, že to jde i bez Treasure Cruise. Ad Nauseam nebo BW Tokenti také nepatří mezi běžné účastníky TOP8 takovýchto turnajů.
